At Vogue Clinic in Amsterdam we work with the Gentle Max Pro laser. We use this for laser hair removal, but it is also an effective laser for skin rejuvenation and pigment removal.

The laser stimulates the production of collagen and elastin in the skin. This reduces or even completely eliminates wrinkles and fine lines. The result is tighter and younger-looking skin.

What does the treatment look like?

We gradually heat the skin to 42-43 degrees and maintain this temperature in the skin for at least 10 minutes. The treatment takes about 30 minutes in total and is well tolerated. Often 4-6 treatments are needed to achieve the desired result. The ideal interval between two treatments is 4 weeks.

The treatment is suitable for every skin type and can be
combined with other treatments to enhance the results.

After treatment

Immediately after the treatment your skin may feel warm and dry
look red. This can give a feverish feeling, but is harmless. Because the
production of collagen and elastin must be stimulated
final optimal results are visible after 3-4 months.

Laser treatment for pigment

With the Gentle Max Pro we can specifically treat the following pigment lesions:

  • Spots or hyperpigmentation with a clear outline
  • Lentignes (age spots)
  • Ephelides (freckles)

What does the treatment look like?

The treatment takes about 15 minutes in total and is...
well tolerated. For optimal results, 2-3 treatments may be required, with an interval of 4 weeks.

After treatment

Immediately after the treatment, the pigment lesions will turn darker. Then a microcrust forms. You can use Alhydran, Fucidin ointment or Vaseline to moisturize the area. It is important not to remove the scabs or skins that form yourself, but to wait until they fall off on their own.
